CoreFM is a values-based organisation. We operate on the following principles.
Zero Harm: Our team
CoreFM aims for zero harm in all of our operations. We value the safety of our staff, clients, and subcontractors. Our Zero Harm mindset is embedded in our HSE system: we take a holistic approach to safety throughout all aspects of our operational footprint and controls.
Zero Harm: Sustainability
CoreFM aims for Zero Harm to the environment. We minimise waste on our sites. Our Trainees repair salvageable goods to donate to those in need, giving valuable training to our people in both skills and community awareness.
CoreFM’s team works together with clients in support of a shared vision. We share ideas and work with all stakeholders to achieve the best possible results, giving everyone involved ownership over and belief in the overall objective.
We respect the rights, dignity and integrity of our team members, stakeholders, clients and communities.
Our clients are our core focus. We consider both corporate clients and the tenants of each property we maintain to be equally important.
We take pride in the work that we do and ensure that every service we deliver is of the highest quality.
Diversity allows us to grow, develop and innovate. We are a majority-owned Indigenous business, aiming for forty per cent Aboriginal employment. We value diversity at every level.
We act with honesty and adhere to the highest standards of moral and ethical values and principles through our behaviour and interactions.
