CoreFM Carried out a total refurbishment and transformation of the Burringurrah Community Health Centre building, including a commercial grade stainless steel kitchen, installation of multiple raised vegetable garden structures, installation of irrigation systems, and installation of security. We donated a shade house structure to the refurbishment. The project involved approximately $55k of works over a six-week period. Freightliner was utilised to transport and accommodate all materials and staff.
CoreFM undertook a total external and internal refurbishment, including a roof conversion from tile to corrugated iron, of a duplex property belonging to the Department of Communities in Kunnunurra. The project was valued at approximately $300k. Freightliner was utilised for transport of materials and accommodation of staff in a local camp for a period of approximately five weeks.
CoreFM conducted audits of multiple properties over a six month period, including but not limited to Albany, Bunbury, the Wheatbelt, Geraldton, Karratha, Kununurra, Broome, and Shark Bay. The project contributed to the development of scopes for the Department of Communities to facilitate tender documents, audit properties, and compare head contractor pricing.
Freightliner was utilised for the transport of materials and staff accommodation for the duration of the project.
CoreFM was engaged to carry out general maintenance on a range of properties in the Marble bar region, Port Hedland region, Tom Price region, Yalgoo region, Newman Region, and Meekatharra region. A Freightliner and two staff travelled to all remote communities and conducted general maintenance on all properties within each community. Staff stayed in the truck at each community. |
